How to convert Word headers to get into Html?

I need to save a Word document as an HTML but HTML tosses the Headers and Footers when this occurs. Is there anyway to remove the Headers and Footers without loosing the text? Any suggestions or ideas in doing this process appreciated.

Don't have headers and footers. Move the text in the headers and footers at the top and bottom of the pages.

Make sure that your margins are large enough so as not to make the document look squashed
