How to convert time of day value read from TODSR to human readable?

I am corrently working on a MC2001 project, I need to convert the time of day value from the TODSR (Time of Day Second Register) to human readable formet in c ( since I am using the mix c and assembly progamming) how can I go about and do that?

any c source code would be appreciated.
