How to convert TIF file to GRF

Hello all,

I have been trying to convert Tiff file to GRF using ZTOOLS for the last few hours to no avail.
The latest one I managed to download is version 3.1. Once I launched the app then I go to the 'Convert' Menu then I select Graphics. After browsing to pick up the Tif file, I click on "Convert" buttons. It states "Conversion Complete" but it is not creating the GRF file.. Any idea how I can get this accomplished??
