how to convert an jsp program to exe ? very urgent 1

hello,
tha client should upload a data file to the server in a particular format.before he uploads the file, he wants to check the format of the file is correct or not. and he has an option of downloading an application which will check the format of the file... the jsp code is ready to do the above job. now the problem is how to convert that jsp code into exe. it is very urgent for me. please reply as soon as possible .thank you
