How to convert 11X0 and 12X0 from SIP to Unistim

I have a 1230 phone that is SIP configure with SIP12x0.01.01.01.00.bin...

I want to use it on a BCM so how do I revert the firmware to UNIStim.....

I sertup a TFTP server with the following but it does word... phone always says firmware upgrade failed

[FW]
DOWNLOAD_MODE FORCED
VERSION SIP12x0.01.01.04.00
FILENAME 062AC7M.bin

And I also get from TFTP the following error....

Read request for file <Nortel/config/SIP80177D4FA945.xml>. Mode octet [16/03 11:03:46.462]
File <Nortel\config\SIP80177D4FA945.xml> : error 3 in system call CreateFile The system cannot find the path specified.


PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
!!!! PROBLEM SOLVE !!!!

I just replace the firmware version with the SIP(MAC) that I was getting on my TFTP server logs SIP(MAC).xml and of course I did remove the file extension.

Phone came back up in 10 seconds and is now up and running on my BCM450 R6.
