How to control installer wizard UI language?

Hi,
I am working on localization of installer. our installer using wise 7.04.
we are using one application(setup.exe) run aother application (setup_mb.exe) for multi languages. both application have install wizard.
How can I pass first application language selection setting into second application wizard?
I have try using a registry key pass "japaness" to "LANG" of second application, but the wizard is still "English US".

Any idea?

By the way, How can I set localized wizard in uninstaller?
