How to control check boxes in Excel sheet from Visual basic

I am having 3 check boxes on an excel sheet and using Visual basic as front-end for this excel sheet how can I control the check boxes?

could someone point me in right direction please.

Go to Excel and record a macro while you check and uncheck a box. Stop recordiung the macro and then go look at the code. That is how I got my start using Word. At least it will tell what objects, properties, methods, frimitzes etc you need to read up on.

This does not work with Excel checkboxes. Not real sure why.
