How to construct an email that plays clock.avi

I created an HTML email that played the c:\windows\clock.avi file when the email was opened. When I sent this email to a Notes user - the clock.avi would automatically play. Having an early senior moment I have lost my html source for this and cannot seem to re-create it.

Has anyone out there created something like this.

I seem to remember that I needed a line like <IMG SRC="c:\windows\clock.avi" >
