How to connect remotely to CallPilot with modem

I have the dialup number for the call pilot and password. I am using Windows Vita with Procomm Plus to dial in.

When I dial in using Procomm Plus, the modem connects but the screen is blank. What is the process here? What am I doing wrong?

Don't use Procomm. Use Dial-up Networking. Set up your account in Dial-up networking with the CallPilot modem number, user name, and password. Once it connects and verifies your credentials, launch IE to access CP Manager or launch a Remote Desktop session to access the server.

Is the IP address all that is required in the browser?

No, you need to put 137.135.128.250/cpmgr

Thanks. I can now see the CallPilot login screen. It asks for the server name. Is there a default server name?

I might just have to go onsite since I do not know the server name.
