Hey there,
I am not too good with the db side of things, I have an app that was created by someone else so I wouldn't want to give you information that may not be 100% correct.
This doc seemed to walk you through:

good luck,

FoxJunior,

To connect to Oracle on a dB server, you need:

SQLCA.LogID
SQLCA.LogPass
SQLCA.ServerName

There are other parameters such as DBParm... but the above are minimum number of args that you need to setup before connecting. You need the Oracle client (SQL*Net) installed on your machine too. If your Oracle is sitting on your local machine, you need to have the Listener process launched before you connect. If the listener is not up, you can connect with just LogID and LogPass arguments.
