how to connect cisco U interface to RJ48s Jack 1

I have a Cisco 804 with a U interface and need to plug into an ISDN jack from SWBell. How do I wire it. They only have one pair of wires going into the jack and can provide no help at all.

U interface ISDN is a single pair, should be center two like a POTS phone line.
