How to connect cisco h323 gateway

Hi. all.

I have 3 branchs.
I would like to connect them via h323 voip.
HQ has cisco Voice Gateway (c3825)
One branch has IPLU (Ericsson PBX)
The other has another PBX.

I have tried to connect h323 voip between cisco and IPLU.
but this is not working properly.

How to connect h323 voip between cisco and IPLU?
Let me know that.
