Hi,

Could someone please explain how to wire and cross connect Centrex lines, we have a 3-line Centrex rotary terminated on a 25 pin (66) distribution block and a 50 pin (66) distribution block
were the phones are terminated , the phones are (m5009) my question is how do you cross connect the two blocks together so that each phone has access to each of the 3-lines?

Thanks

Your question is unanswerable because it all depends on how (or if) the jacks are terminated. You need to call a vendor for such a project.

It sounds like you need a phone system that can handle at least 3 lines. If you want to be able to have access to all three lines theres no other way around it. Cenrex was designed for single line phone use, But if you use trunk hunt features(is that what your calling centrex rotary?) you need a small phone system. If your not sure how to cross connect the lines to the phones, or dont have tools to do the job, take bkrike's advice and call someone.

those phones only work on digital sl 1 meridian centrex
is that what you have?
