how to connect CCMS to Application Vantage (Compuware)

Hello

we are going to instal SAP ECC 6.0, and for performances we are going to use ccms and Vantage Agenteless Monitoring (Compuware) with Application Vantage, my question is how connect CCMS to Application Vantage for agregat diferents data and statistics of performances.
