How to connect 2 offices

Dear friends
I want to connect my Head & Branch offices. SQL Server 2000 is running on Win Server 2003 in Head office. LAN user are working on database application so data is stored on SQL Server. So if my branch office will come to in my Head Office's LAN then the staff of Branch Office will also b able to do work. So tell me which VPN Device will be use for bringing Branch office in the LAN of Head Office.
