What is the best way to connect two small corporative networks with PIX Firewall 501 and PIX Firewall 506E over leased line ?

PIX-to-PIX VPN Tunnel Using IPSec ? is it good idea ?

If you have a leased line, you really don't need the overhead of a VPN. Typically, you'd use routers instead of firewalls for this task.

It will work fine, though. What is it that you'd like the Pix to provide?

The router setup would be the most efficient... and you can still setup the ACL on the router in the same fashion that you would in the firewall.
