hi,

i'm trying to develop an web application, but everytime i try to open an web project in visual studio .net, i get an error message and the project becomes unavailable.

i tried to reach the localhost address and it gets me to and "debian" version of "apache".

how do i configure the localhost page to show the original content ?

thanks,

levogiro.

debian" version of "apache"
on XP?
something not right there...

did you start the web app from scratch on your PC or copy over files created on another install of VSNet?
Is your IIS working right?

localhost is in your HOSTS file
Hmmmm...

if its not broken, fix it anyway - with luck you might break it and have an excuse

bcastner,

i don't think that thread is what i'm looking for...i just got everything installed in my machine. plus, i have everything on the same computer.

the problem is: i can't open any of my web projects samples installed in my computer on visual studio .net 2003. i can create a new web project, though.

i'm using windows xp with service pack 2.

thanks.
