How to configure native SIP trunking from HiPath 4k to Oracle Enterprise Communications Broker?

I have a HiPath 4k V6R2.15.1 configured with native SIP trying to connect to Oracle ECB. I've created a COT, COP, COS, LCOS for a the trunk configured on a STMI4 card. I've WBM'd into the card and changed the SIP profile to point to the ECB gateway. When placing a call while monitoring the station and trunk, the trace looks OK but I get an instant busy.

Unify is telling me this connection configuration has never been tested and is unsupported.
