How to configure Message key on 3902 & 3903

Hi Friends,

I am trying to configure Messaging key on M3902 & 3903 Sets,

but i its not getting configured.

at the end to check messages i am dialing he Call pilot no and getting my work done.

i am communicating to users also to dial the CP number and log into the voice mail.

make sure the users are getting dial tone before they push that button, by either lifting the handset or working handsfree. The "dial out" function of the key works just like an autodial key

I have configured on a test phone at my desk and it works fine.

But not sure why this is not working for these guys...

First off is the CP DN 1100 or 2050? Make sure your using the right one for starters.
