how to configure IAS

I am getting ready to setup RADIUS on my DC. This would be the first time I am setting up this application, and my PIX is asking that I setup a secret key through my IAS and Active Directory. With my mind spinning, what is the best way to setup IAS?

I checked that out as well. It is funny how Microsoft loves vagues phrases. Luckily I found a blog that gave me a better view of what I was up against.
