How to configure Etherchannel for Cat ws-c2950?

Hi everyone,

Could anyone here help me to configure Etherchannel load balanching for cat 2950 ? I currently have 2 webservers are running and I'd like to have a load balancing for those 2 webservers. If server1 fails then the traffic will be redirected to server2, or configuration that has 50% load on server1 and 50% load on server2.
