Hi, I have the following controllers in the gateway
controller E1 1/1
framing NO-CRC4
clock source internal
pri-group timeslots 1-31 service mgcp
controller E1 2/0
framing NO-CRC4
clock source internal
pri-group timeslots 1-31 service mgcp

With those controllers I receive 800 numbers from USA in Mexico throgh internet. Right now I do not receive the caller IDs in the softphones when anybody calls me from USA.
The provider said that he is sending the caller ID.
What are the configurations to check and to see what could be wrong? How can I see or trace a call in the gateway?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Roger

I have the last four digits from the 800 number configured in the callmanager 4.1 as CTI route point.

Not 100% sure it works on an E1 but on your Gateway do a 'debug isdn q931' The output will show the incoming call infromation including the CLID being delivered from the carrier. That will verify it is getting to you at least.
