How to configure Call Pilot backup on network

I am having difficulties with my tape drive and would like to set up my call pilot to back up on a network. Could someone provide me with the step-by-step to do so. Also what is the recommended storage disk size for backing up messages and system.

I am currently running 01.07.09 with about 60 users.
