My bosses mailbox is 2gb in size, and he finds that his outlook hangs time to time. Disabled cache mode, which hasn't fixed problem.
Now we have auto-archived his mailbox on network drive. Problem is he has a VPN connection to exchange server, and cannot see the auto-archived mailbox. However is can see auto-archived files on local machine where backup was made.
How do I configure exchange or outlook to automatically look at archive.pst on network drive to retrieve autoarchive stored emails?
