what steps should I follow in order to register a code for authorization to make calls from any phone even this restricted
thanks

Pick an extension that is unrestricted, or, better yet, use an adjunct extension.

Assign an authorization code to that extension:

Extensions>More>Auth Code>Ext. No.>Enter>
Code:
>Enter

Now go to ANY extension, dial #80, the Auth Code, #, and then 9 and the outside number.

For kicks, I assign an auth code of 80 to an adjunct, then I can dial #8080#-9-number and get outbound.

Make the auth code as easy or hard as you need for your particular site.

First, you have to setup an Auth Code for a NON-RESTRICTED extension.

System Program > Start > Extensions > More > Auth Code > Enter Extensions > Dial a code and then ENTER.

Now, at the restricted phone, you would either Program an AUTH CODE button or just go off hook on INTERCOM and dial #80, then the AUTH CODE, then the Number you wish to call.
