how to configure a route-map in passport 8600?

Hi,

is there a way to configure a route-map in Nortel Passport 8600 just like we can do with cisco...
I need to create a route-map based on the source network but I couldn't find a way to do it in passport 8600.

and by the way, I am using all static routes in my network. I have no routing protocols running on my system.
