How to config Content Advisor on more than 1 machine

Dear all,

i know we can block access to certain sites via content advisor - but i've got 20 odd machines on my network - is there a faster way to enter all the websites we're trying to block - or create a file that can be imported into content advisor?

Any help would be great - just to speed up the process really - thanks
