how to compress video with matrox rt2000 codecs

i can´t compress video on ae 5 with matrox rt 2000 codecs, i have to posibilities to choose, m dv/dvcam, and m dvcpro, in both cases ae sends me a message, i have no space on my drive, but i have really 9 gb to make a 3 seconds movie.
i work on pc, with rt2000 and matrox video tools 3.0.

i have the same set up and i am able to use the matrox codec. when i compress from after effects it appears in the pull down menu under output file format. if you cannot see this you might want to call matrox.
