How to compile file .nsf on Linux

Hi All,

I have problem with .nsf file. There are any .nsf file could not load with browser. Even loading by browser the pages view are disappear or broken.
Questions: what is the .nsf files are broken? or its needed to recompile. How to compile the .nsf file on Linux?
Examples :

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/tm/filectlg.nsf/ext/ext-all.js

404 (not found)

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/tm/filectlg.nsf/extnd-all.js

404 (not found)

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/tm/filectlg.nsf/ext/resource/css/ext-all.css

404
(not found).
We used OS Centos 5.5 and java.
Please help.
