How to compare two tables and eliminate duplicates

I need help on finding a way to compare two seperate MS Access tables and then identifying and removing from one of the tables the duplicate records found in the other table.

 
Use the Find Duplicates query wizard to identify the duplicated records, then use a Delete query to remove them from the required table.

...Alternative.

With the query builder...

SELECT FirstTable.YourField From FirstTable Not In
(Select SecondTable.YourField From SecondTable)

And then change this to a Delete query.
