How to come over from the error - Memory couldn't be "read"?

Hi,
We are using CR 8.5, SQL Server.
I tried to list all the employee photos in a report.
(BLOB datatype). It gives the following error.

The instrucation at "0x00820dbb" referenced memory at "0x001b97f7". The memorey could not be "read".


Please let me know if you need more information.
