How to combine word an access

Well this is the idea. I'm working on a access database for the distance learning. The problem is that they have all the information in word documents. Each documents is a module with x number of question, some of them have pic on BMP. So my database after the user select a module must to select one of the question on the document word for that module, it must be a random selection.So how I can implemented that?. I tried with Ole objects but didn't work
because after you select the question for your test you must to print the test.

I'm also have a datasheet with the question bank pero modules but some of them are not completly on the datasheet and they do reference to the word document.

Please any help or comments about that it would be really apreciated.
