How to combine values from two Combo Boxes into one table field

Lets say I have two combo boxes, one contains colors, and the other contains makes of cars. I would like to have the choosen values from each box show up in a single field in a table. i.e. "red" "ford" would appear in the table record field labeled "car".

I hope I explained that correctly.

Any thoughts on how I would do that?
