Hi all,
In my Crystal Report, I have got the following records:

Class class# JAN FEB MAR
Administrative Professionals 02222 15-16
Administrative Professionals 02222 01-02
Administrative Professionals 02222 26-27

I am wondering how can I combinate it into 1 records as following:

Class class# JAN FEB MAR
Administrative Professionals 02222 15-16 01-02 26-27

Anyone know how crystal report can deal with this situation?

Thanks very much

Display details in a group footer.
Create group based upon class or class #

Add class and class number to footer suppress header and details. Then in footer add Max summaries of the other fields.

yep, I did exactly what you described above, but

for data
Class class# JAN FEB MAR
class1title 02222 15-16
class1title 02222 01-02
class1title 02222 26-27
class2title 02211 11-12
class2title 02211 22-24

intead of have

Class class# JAN FEB MAR
class1title 02222 15-16 01-02 26-27
class2title 02211 22-24 11-12

I got
Class class# JAN FEB MAR
class1title 02222 26-27
class2title 02211 22-24

instead. It seems only last record of group get printed.

Do you know why this happened?

Thank you.

You need to insert the maximums at the group level, not the grand total level.
