How to combine print job in win2k server

Dear all
Can anyone know the way which i can combine serval print jobs into one within a same print queue?
Let say it got 10 jobs pending in a print queue, and i want to combine these 10 jobs into one and then send this combined one job to the network printer.

Can anyone please give me suggestion on this?
