click, Document and then insert pages. Select the file you want to insert and click OK.

Another way that's really easy (especially if you just have a few pages here & there to add in is to open both pdfs and tile the windows so you can see them both.

View the thumbnails for each pdf (hit the F6 key), click on the page you want to copy to another doc, and just drag it into that document (onto the Thumbnails view)

Look for a product called PDFLib (

http://www.pdflib.com).

They have an active-x control that does a slick job of accomplishing what you want.
