I'm trying to set criteria to report on employees who have reached 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40, 45+ years of service in 2020.
Fields: Service date, Length of Service , Service Year, Service Month, Employee ID
my initial thouight was to create a field rounding the Length of Service to whole number, i.e. 14.56 = 15; then filtering for the increments listed
But I run into the issue of those that have a January service date and Length of Service = 14.56. They won't actually hit the 15 yr milestone until January 2021. How do I exclude them? Other than manually doing it by service year... Thanks.
