I need to close some ports on my system and want to do it manually... It's because some people are running filesharing programs on my network and they take up all the bandwidth so I want to close those ports. Can anybody tell me how to do this in XP PRO? (It would also be nice if I could limit their bandwidth, it's a little more fair hehehe)
