Hi, I am experiencing an alarm that says "Voicemail Storage: Storage is full"

I cant seem to find a way on how to clear this alarm, i think the only way to clear the alarm is to clear the storage of its contents.

Also, since the storage is full, the voicemail is no longer accepting messages.

I am suing IPO 5.

really appreciate your help on this.

Not sure what you want us to say, as you know the amswer. The disk is full so it can't physically take any more messages, you need to delete something off the drive, or if it's a partition make it bigger :)

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

@amriddle01 - checked the hard disk... still has 37GB left...

@mattknight - sorry, typo.

I kind of recognised that, you know!

Then check the management tab on the VM Prto client - isi it possible that the alarms have been fiddled with i.e. set artificially low?

Also do a disk cleanup to clear out temp files etc, that sometimes makes it resalise it has more space :)

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

By default msgs are stored in:

C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\accounts

(typed from memory)

delete any accounts that no longer exist & if that is not enough delete the wave filles in the other accounts
(you may want to back them up or obnly delete old files depending on the priority of the msg's)
