I have a TN and DN associated on my system. However if i go to delete the programming on the TN i am getting the SCH0128.
I am not very telecom literate and I am not sure how to clear this programming on this TN.

Any help would be appreciated. The error is showing up when i am using a MAT interface to connect to the PBX, however I have just configured command line (wrong term i bet) access to the PBX. (Using the LOGI and password to get in).

Thanks!

SCH128 means that the "Terminal does not exist"
Are you sure you have the right TN?

Does the TN have to be wired to a phone set?

The PBX is connected to the bix mount, however the wiring was pulled from the bix mount to the jack.

What do you get if you try to print that TN?

OK - I got it! since the software thought that there was something on that TN it was trying to delete it, however since the PBX did not have anytthing on that TN it was giving the SCH code.
I added a set from the command line, then was able to delete it!
Thanks for the help!

You couldn't delete because it wasn't there and adding it in and then deleting it didn't do anything as it wasn't there in the first place.

When you say software do you mean (OTM)?

mat (otm) was not in sync with the switch, causing that problem.. here's a tip that works for me.. add a trc key to your set.. when anyone calls you from an internal, press that key and you'll see your tn and there's.. makes most problems a lot quicker.. another command that helps with maint and moves is ld 32 idu x x x x.. that will show you if a digital set is connected. that set must be enabled.. one thing i use that helps me is ld 117 inv sets midnight.. then at least once a week, inv prt sets... that shows digital sets that are programed and not there or sets that are swapped... we have a lot of that, a user with a display leaves and someone swaps that set with a non display... i disable both sets until they either move them back, or call in for a move, that of change the sofware to match and bill them (internal dept billing) and let then explain that to the dept manager..
