I just started working with a small company that is using SBT Visionpoint 2000. I do all the purchasing and it's driving me nuts that many of the items in inventory show that there is an amount that has been allocated in Sales but everyone in the office says that all orders have been shipped and that allocated figures have been in there for years. Anyone know how to erase the allocated amounts and reset them back to zero?
