how to clear my setup from Micros WS5?

Hi all,
I have 2 MS5 and one MS4 that I am trying to sell but I don't want any information or the setup I have on these machines. Another word, clean setup for new user. Please help me how to remove my info without corrupting operating e7 system or making the machine obsolete. I greatly appreciate your help.

I have my logo on the customer lcd, the little lcd sitting on top of monitor, would this also clear my logo? hopefully so. I will try it.
I have another question- I am trying to install a mini pci wirelesse card inside (on motherboard), the instruction says EZAIX pci card. I cant find the brand. would any mini pci wirtesse 802.11 work? like realtek etc? Do I need to plug the jumper 20 on motherboard? the new wk5 ce op manual says "use abocom mini pci" and plug the jumper20, replacing the old EZAIX card. well abocom is not in USA market and is in Taiwan and sell in mass quantity. what do u recommend?
