How to clear GW password at the restored GW database

One of our admin restored a GW post office to a remote server. I tried to gain access to an user's email at this server. However, the password box kept coming up. How can I clear this user's GW password at the remote server? This user is under investigation. Obviously, we do not want him to know what we are doing. Thanks in advance for any info.

Help! Who has a copy of GWRESTORE.exe out there? I downloaded a copy of GWIRU55.exe but was having hard time
extracting it. Every time after the message **** Verifying ARJ-Security envelope... the extraction simply stopped. If anyone has a copy of GWRESTORE.EXE readily available, I would appreciated very much if you may post it somewhere or send to me directly @ shyyuan@yahoo.com. Thanks

There's gotta be one of the Novell pranksters in development just rolling on the floor laughing at all the problems people have extracting their files.. And it's such a minor thing yet so many people have problems with it.

Your file will work, but you either have to go to a DOS prompt and run it command line, or it has to be in a folder structure that is 8.3 format. Any long names in the path and a doubleclick from Windows will not work.

This has been a nuisance for years now.
