How to clear dial lock analog phone KX-TS845nd

Dear all master i have KX-TS845 but can not dial, i try using default password 1111 but no action, i think default password has been changing. how to clear the password dial lock?

If the current password is forgotten, key in " *7000 " then (ENTER) at the change password menu and you will be able to change the password.
After you enter a new password, you will be able to cancel the dial lock.
