How to clear all the sales from aloha

I bought a used aloha system , how can I clean all the sales from the old owner thanks, turn it like new? Thanks

delete all the dated subdirectories under aloha, they look like this 20090101 - 20091231

Go into My Computer. Go into aloha folder. Find folders that look like this 20110101. Delete them.
