How to cleanup inactive accounts? 1

Greetings,

I'm trying to clean up all retired users and inactive computer accounts from Win2003 AD.I have approx # 1300 users. Is there any good tools or scripts that i can run with some type a report to go along with it?

Any help is appreciated.
