How to check logs of User Change by PMS app

Hi team,
We have IPO Server Edition integrated with PMS app. The guest name and user right are changed through the Check-in and out commands sent by PMS.
According to them, the commands were sent and successful response were received from IPO. However, on IPO Manager, Name was not updated.
On IPO SSA, I can see the successful also but not in detail:

I checked on Monitor but there is no related information. Is there any way on IPO to check which commands were sent to?
 
So you PMS makes the changes to the IPO.
Does the name change on the phone when it’s updated via PMs.

Remember to see any changes on the ipo Manger you need to login and pull a new config after any update to see the change..it’s not live updates.

Also did you check SSA users to see if the name changed without looking at manager.
 
I checked using Web Manager then should be up to date.
I find the way to get the change log on IPO Server Edition by follow this:
- Login to https:IPOIPAddress:7071
- Go to Logs -> Download -> Create Archive -> wait for the system creates the log
- Download the ipoffice_logs..gz file

Then you can check all the change logs in system
