Hi Folks,

As I need to carry out routine check up of Meridian Mail License information and port count, can you please let me know what is the exact menu I have to go throuh in Meridian Mail.

Thanks,

Vietharry

Its been a long time, but if memory (whats left of it) serves me right, you would have to log in under the TOOLS menu. At the main screen, type TOOLS and the password should be your standard 'system' password.

Tools and I think Option 13 will get you all your keycode information. Hopefully your install tech used the same password, but if they didn't you could just reset the passwords with an install tape.

There is a password change method that require ETAS level login, but we can't post that on here.

I think the number of mailboxes appears when you navigate to "backup".
