I am familiar with the LUDN command to find out which extensions are available but is there a way to find out which extensions are actually being used? We are concerned that there are assigned DN's in our hotel that are not even being used.
We have Optivity and 25.15 release on our Opt61.
Thanks in Advance

you can not locate analog dn's that are not used, digital stations will be disabled if they are unplugged. you can use the ldis command in ld 32 .. either a card or loop at a time.. analog's have always been a problem, you'll need to either meter the wire, in my case if i suspect a tn is not in use i do a disu (ld 32) against the tn.. if i don;t get a report, i out it.. i do call the number 1st to see if it's a modem (alarm etc)... i have also done frame audits to check that analog exten aer not just built in the switch and not connected
