Hi,

I'm using Wise Installation System version 6.0.
I am trying to create an installation script for installing updates on the customers machine. The updates are for software that we have already installed on the machine.
I am using a dialog box to ask the user to input the installtion directory where out original software sits. When they do that, I then run the update installation to this directory. My problem is that I want to be sure that they have actually picked the correct directory. The only way I can think of to do this is to search for a particular file in that directory that I know should be there. My question is - how do I accomplish this with the wise script - I'd imagine it is some sort of use of the "Check If File/Directory Exist" function but I can't seem to make it work correctly.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice
John B
